Whenever we clear a commercial site, we do all we can to minimise what goes to landfill. Before we even consider disposing of stock and assets in landfill, we will filter through everything we have removed and try to find another solution.

Our number one goal is to put assets back on the market and we will upcycle and sell what our commercial customers no longer want via our sister operation ‘Golden Kite Trading’. We will do everything we can to ensure anything that can’t be sold is recycled in the most socially responsible way with the help of our recycling partners too. Ultimately, we aim to send no more than 10% of what we clear from a commercial property to landfill.

We will also arrange for hazardous waste to be disposed of by professional contractors, ensuring all requirements are being met. So, you can trust that nothing important will be overlooked when you turn to us for help with commercial property clearance.
