We take our social responsibility seriously. The real beauty of working with Golden Kite Clearance is the connection with our sister operation Golden Kite Trading. This is important because of how we manage the assets coming out of a site.

Upcycle and sell on

We firmly believe that one man’s rubbish is another man’s treasure. When anything comes out of a site our number one goal is to put it back into the market. We will first move things into our central location at Castle Donington so that we can sort it, upgrade it, store it and sell it on through one of our outlets, giving our customers incredible discounts and value.

Recycle

If there is no possibility of upgrading or selling the assets that come out of a site, we will do everything in our power to recycle them in the most socially responsible way possible. We will sort through everything that we dispose of so that we can pass this grade of asset onto our recycling partners, who will maximise the benefits that can be obtained from this product.

Zero Waste

A landfill is our very last resort. Due to the nature of the disparate businesses that we help, it is not possible for us to guarantee that 100% of what we dispose of will not go to landfills, but what we can guarantee is that we will do everything in our power to minimise this type of waste. Our current goal is to make sure that no more than 10% of what we dispose of hits landfills and we will continue to strive to reduce this number.
